On Day 1, experience the heart of the capital. Wander through the ancient courtyards of Kathmandu Durbar Square, where centuries-old palaces and wooden carvings reflect the grandeur of the Malla kings. Feel the spiritual energy at Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), perched atop a hill overlooking the valley. Then, immerse yourself in the peaceful rhythm of Tibetan chants around Boudhanath Stupa, and witness the deep devotion of Hindu rituals at Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred site along the Bagmati River.
On Day 2, journey beyond the bustling city into the artistic and cultural gems of the valley. Discover Patan Durbar Square, famous for its metalwork, stone sculptures, and the craftsmanship that has been passed down for generations. Visit Changu Narayan Temple, one of Nepal’s oldest temples, adorned with intricate carvings depicting Hindu deities. End your journey at Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a living museum of Newari culture, where you can walk through brick-paved alleys, taste local delicacies like Juju Dhau (King Yogurt), and watch artisans at work creating pottery and traditional crafts.

Begin by exploring the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square, filled with ancient temples and royal courtyards.
Continue to Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) for a panoramic view of the city and a peaceful spiritual vibe.
Enjoy lunch near Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world, and take time to walk around the stupa and visit the surrounding monasteries.
Visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, a major Hindu pilgrimage site located by the holy Bagmati River.
After exploring these highlights, return to your hotel for a relaxing evening.
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the hotel at 9:00 AM.
Visit Patan Durbar Square, the “City of Art and Crafts,” known for its fine metalwork, wood carvings, and traditional architecture.
