Annapurna Base Camp Trek 6 Days Itinerary

Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. The journey takes around 6–7 hours along rivers, hills, and traditional villages. After arriving in Pokhara, you can enjoy the peaceful lakeside atmosphere and prepare for the trek.

After breakfast, drive from Pokhara to Jhinu Danda by jeep. From Jhinu, the trekking trail begins. The route climbs through forests and stone staircases toward Sinuwa. Along the way, you will see beautiful landscapes and small settlements. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Sinuwa.

Today’s trek takes you through bamboo and rhododendron forests. You will pass through places like Bamboo and Dovan before reaching Deurali. The air becomes cooler and the mountain scenery starts to open up as you gain altitude.

This is the most exciting day of the trek. The trail leads through Machapuchare Base Camp before reaching Annapurna Base Camp. From the base camp, you can see incredible panoramic views of the Annapurna mountain range. Surrounded by towering peaks, this is a truly unforgettable Himalayan experience.

Wake up early to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas. After breakfast, begin descending back along the same trail toward Sinuwa. The downhill trek allows you to enjoy the forests, rivers, and waterfalls from a different perspective.

On the final day, trek down to Jhinu Danda. If time allows, you can relax at the natural hot springs near the river. Afterward, take a jeep drive back to Pokhara, where the Annapurna Base Camp 6-day trek officially ends.
